This beautiful Pacific blue example was manufactured in 1992 .

It was sold to a gentleman who kept the car right up until last year .

Indeed, it has been in storage for a number of years as that gentleman relocated to the USA a number of years ago .

He is now in his mid 80s .

The vehicle had just 17,000 miles from new when it was stored up all those years ago .

A good friend of his purchased the car with the intention of recommission in it and using it himself .

However, he ended up deciding to sell the car on, and that is where we came in .

The vehicle started and ran well .

It did have some aftermarket extras from the era . 

As most of them did .

We wanted to put the car back to standard .

So we embarked on a full one year restoration project .

We decided to take the engine out fully rebuild  the  engine  was  sounding ok  but after so  many years without  use it seemed a  practical  and logical  thing to do  it was then  fully  detailed   i and whilst the engine was out, we had all of the engine bay completely repainted  as  we were  doing  the outside  to  make sure all  was fresh  . 

The car had the odd mark and scuff around it, so we decided to give it a complete fresh coat of paint .

Whilst the car was up in the air, we decided to completely refurbish the underneath and every nut and bolt was taken off and everything was replaced with zinc. Plated bolts. 

As is often the case you get carried away and spend vastly too much money. This indeed is one of those situations. 

However, this is one of the best you will find in  our  opinion sure enough  there  will  be the purists who will  say it should have been  left original  but ulimatly it was our choice and this was the route we went down 

The interior was remarkable just needed a clean which is to be expected of such a low mileage car .

What we have here is a genuine, very low mileage history up to the point of storage example of an iconic fast Ford  from the 90s 

This Pacific blue example is, in essence, one owner as the second owner, the good friend literally registered it in his name for one month which is a shame .
